This is the event app for Pacific Pension Institute (PPI) programs. Access to each of the events within this app requires a special code provided by PPI only to designated representatives of PPI member organizations and invited guests.

Program development is more of an art than a science. In the development of PPI programs, we strive for a balance and an integration of macro geopolitical, economic issues that affect investors active in international markets and the practitioners perspective on specific aspects and best practices of fund management, portfolio construction and the investment environment.

PPI organizes four annual members-only programs: two Roundtables in North America, one in Asia and the PPI Executive Seminar (PES) in conjunction with the Asia Roundtable. PPI also partners with others to organize programs, such as the Asia Dialogue, which is a collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The Roundtables offer a distinct environment for engaging with experts and learning with peers. We operate under the Chatham House Rule, which means that all remarks by speakers and participants are off the record. We cap attendance at 100 and require that all participants observe PPIs strict no marketing rule to ensure an active dialogue. These practices have proven to be effective for encouraging openness and a deeper sharing of information and experiences.

The PPI Executive Seminar (PES) convenes a smaller delegation of about 15 senior institutional investor executives for a series of in-depth discussions about one countrys economy and regional linkages.

The Asia Dialogue is made possible through grants from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to encourage sustainable and transparent social safety nets. The Asia Dialogue brings together a select group of pension fund investment executives from across Asia and the Pacific region for candid discussion of mutual challenges and concerns.

PPI reaches out to representatives of our member organizations and invited guests with periodic email invitations and reminders to register, including the links to event web pages. Invitations are for senior-level investment executives and board members, and they are not transferable without prior notice.
